i eat twice today, unlike just once yesterday...weight maintain with the 1 kg lost previously, hopefully tomorrow dont gaIN BACK WHAT I LOST AS I HAVE 2 MEALS SOLID one!roasted chicken and fresh vege and my favourite sambal belacan .. Hope to make a pledge to myself to detox my body soon :)

Hi my dear Preity...seems that we have the same goal...sure no problem, why not we hold our goal together and lets work it out by encouraging each other? share our ideas...so glad to know you wish to slim down too, how nice Preity if we stay near by...i have a feeling we will be a great friends..to each other, do you have that feeling?
first, is our focust to our goal..that is cut down our EXTRAS..
eat moderate or depends on what food..heavy or light, if heavy ..try to go minimum..intake. Practice this...eventually, we will be reaching nearere and nearer to our goAL! i like yr blog '' recipe'' i will be happy if u share some recipe with me ..
