Heavy Sunday...hope not to repeat my mistake

For the last couple of days..i mean Sat and Sun, seems to eat quite heavy due to still not focused enough on my goal..not enough determined, i would said...
how to overcome my weaknesses? perhaps practice makes perfect :D

No cut down my food...

i eat twice today, unlike just once yesterday...weight maintain with the 1 kg lost previously, hopefully tomorrow dont gaIN BACK WHAT I LOST AS I HAVE 2 MEALS SOLID one!roasted chicken and fresh vege and my favourite sambal belacan .. Hope to make a pledge to myself to detox my body soon :)

Been cutting down slowly...

This few days been cutting down on my food intake and eat less, thought of trying to detox my body ...but really very hungry, will do it soon once my body use to the eat less system then probably wont be that hard for me to have my detox start...down 1 kg this morning when i weight myself, i will works towards my GOAL! I believe i can do it, no matter how long it may take me.Iam so happy i make this commitment for my health and for makeover...everyday is a journey towards my GOAL! I enjoy the trill and challenge..

I make a commitment and discipline for 52 kg goal which i believe i can achieve one day, starting from NOW

Failure is cost by lack of discipline and determination of course, for the past 2 years i have failed and give up my goal in the freezer. I have gone over weight due to my hormone changes..and also stress. Not tomorrow or next week but NOW.. is no time to delay or any excuse to avoid the fact that im overweight !!! so far from my original weight of my 52 kg ..a perfect weight for me with my height 164/5.3 1/2 ft. But i lost it because of not taking care of what i eat and also hormone disruption, putting on weight for me cost a lot alot of problem, first all my clothes can not wear,feel heavy, depressed at times, learned to bluff to myself im still ok..!!! when actually im not ok...and im not happy with my weight.

Today, NOW...i mark this day of my life to reach my gOAL..far is the STAR but I believe I will rEACH WITH MY BEAR HANDS! JUST IN A MATTER OF TIME THAT I NEEDED TO BE WHAT I WANT TO ACHIEVED. I BELIEVE I CAN. 6 months or a year...i dont know but i declare THAT DAY WILL COME!

Day 1- Detox Critcal Session- Simple Yet Hard To Start, Just Do It

2 green apple blend to juice - for morning
together with 1 tomato/apple red


noon - water cress veg juice/or boil and 1 apple

evening- steam veg/fruit juice preferably apple and plain oats

A lot of people believe that it is important to detoxify one's body at least once a year. They are right! Our bodies absorb toxins from the air we breathe, the food we eat, and from many other daily activities. The buildup of these toxins is said to contribute to many illnesses, ranging anywhere from cancer to diabetes. The best way to start a detox session is by going through a twenty-four hour fast. Before beginning a detox regimen be sure to discuss your plan with your physician, especially if you are on any medications. During your fast, as well as throughout the entire detox process, make sure that you stay properly hydrated. You should drink at least two liters of water per day. It is also recommended to begin and end each day with a glass of hot water with fresh lemon juice. Hot water with fresh lemon juice helps detoxify your liver and your kidneys.
After the twenty-four hour fast, eat as much raw fruit and vegetables as possible. Continue this for the rest of the week. Raw fruit and vegetables are easy to digest, provide excellent nutrition, and have an amazing cleaning affect on the body. The high amount of fiber in these foods aids in flushing toxins from your body. Remember to always try to find the freshest fruit and vegetables. Finding organic fruit and vegetables is even better. You can even create your own fruit juice from the fruit you purchase. A combination of apples and carrots provides a juice that is rich in vitamins and antioxidants.
During a detox session it is also important to spend at least fifteen minutes per day walking. You are surely not expected to undergo a draining workout session; a simple fifteen minute walk a day is perfect. These are just a few tips on how to detoxify your body. It might surprise you how well you feel after undergoing such cleansing.

That is all to consume for the first day, fine? and make sure to drink lots of plain water, not 2 HOURS BEFORE GOING TO BED and no soft drink! no sugar, tit bits or salt( important).
